The Case Manager for Economic Empowerment is responsible for providing employment assessment, individualized job counseling, job placement, employment-related translation and interpretation services, and case management to eligible clients in the Economic Empowerment Program of CWS-Lancaster. With the goal of self-sufficiency for each individual or family, the Case Manager for Economic Empowerment will work with clients to remove barriers to employment and secure successful job placements that help clients reach financial self-sufficiency. The Case Manager for Economic Empowerment will work closely with the Economic Empowerment Program Manager and area colleagues to identify clients, achieve program goals, document all services provided, and maintain strong networks to drive referrals and create opportunities for participants.
