The Case Manager is responsible for providing direct services and holistic support to clients experiencing complex social, economic, or personal challenges. This role involves conducting needs assessments, coordinating referrals, maintaining accurate documentation, and advocating on behalf of clients within community systems. The Case Manager ensures that each client receives trauma informed, culturally responsive, and equitable care.

Specific to housing this role will secure initial housing for all refugees by visiting prosperities, performing home inspections, placing housing applications, and booking Airbnb or other temporary housing. Coordinate housing setups with local volunteer group to arrange for homes to be furnished with donations and other necessary supplies. Complete and submit for approval all check requests including but not limit to rent, security deposit, application fees, lease transfer fees, beds and other furniture, and household goods.
