The Refugee Youth Mentoring Case Manager will be responsible for providing case management support to newcomer youth ages 15-24 and assisting them in developing educational, career, and life skills, and improve wellbeing and social connection through connecting them to mentoring, tutoring, ESL classes, and vocational training services.
Essential Duties:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in the social service field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: At least three years of previous work experience required and interest in immigrant and refugee youth.
