Imagine waking up every morning with the chance to change someone's life. Imagine knowing your efforts will benefit both your career and our neighbors around the world. At CWS, our team knows they are making a difference every day. Whether you're in our U.S.-based offices supporting refugees, asylees or unaccompanied children ... implementing hygiene initiatives in Cambodia or rebuilding projects in Central America ... or even connecting remotely from your home on fundraising campaigns, grant reports, or critical communications - you have the opportunity to work towards a world where everyone has food, a voice and a safe place to call home.

Purpose

The Youth Mentoring Case Manager serves as the program lead for the Youth Mentoring Program. Many refugee youth and young adults arrive to the U.S. having experienced violence, family loss and separation, interruptions to schooling, among many other adverse experiences and require social, emotional, educational and vocational support to foster healthy integration.  The Youth Mentoring Program supports refugee youth and young adults as they link with resources and processes aimed at strengthening their social, civic, academic and career prospects in the community through community mentor matches and CWS-led group activities.  This position aims to ensure timely delivery and documentation of services and compliance with the program requirements as established by program funders.
