The Match Grant Case Manager is responsible for networking across the region to increase employment opportunities for refugee clients. The Match Grant Case Manager is also responsible for providing employment services to eligible participants of the CWS Harrisonburg Employment Program, including: identifying eligible clients; enrolling clients in Match Grant; promoting programs with employers; offering support and employment services to clients to help them reach financial self-sufficiency in the U.S.; compiling data to submit to contractor; and completing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to supervisor, contractor, and partners.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Experience: Minimum 3 years of previous experience working with diverse populations to network across the community to increase employment opportunities for clients. A background in case management or human service delivery is desirable.
