To provide Refugee Cash and Medical Assistance (RCMA) case management services to refugees and other ORR-eligible populations through the CMA Program. The CMA case manager is responsible for managing the provision of services to assist newly arrived refugee clients to attain self-sufficiency short-term cash assistance and referrals to employment and English language instruction services.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
Experience: 3 years of professional work experience preferably with refugee resettlement case management or other direct social services.
Other Skills: Computer literacy, using word processing and database applications.
