Geographical Difference: | This position may be eligible for a 15% geographical differential in addition to the salary listed bringing the minimum to $87,814.00 and the Max. $109,767.50. The job may also be eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $5000. |

The Intensive Case Management Supervisor will provide programmatic oversight and direct supervision of Intensive Case Managers providing intensive post-reunification support and home study services to unaccompanied children and their sponsors in the Los Angeles area. The Supervisor provides weekly supervision, technical assistance and training to staff. The Supervisor ensures provision of trauma-informed, strengths-based services that support the safety and stabilization and access to resources of unaccompanied children and their families. The Supervisor works collaboratively with the CWS national HSPRS team to coordinate case acceptance, training and technical assistance, and submit reports, as needed.

Special Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish;
Valid driver's license and insurance.
Personal vehicle.
Must be comfortable conducting visits in the client’s home, including in unfamiliar areas. Must be able to travel frequently and independently often with limited notice. Must be comfortable conducting home visits in the community in diverse areas of socio-economic backgrounds.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends as assigned.
